On Sunday, October 4, Sally secured a top five finish at the USA Marathon Championships held in Twin Cities, Minneapolis. She ran a new PR of 2:35:49 and passed several people over the last half of the race. After a few weeks of downtime, Sally will try to lower her half marathon best at the Big Sur Half Marathon in November, before racing in her hometown of Phoenix, Arizona at the P.F. Chang’s Rock ‘N’ Roll Phoenix Marathon.
