Camille Herron

Camille Herron, 27, lives in Lafayette, Indiana, where she is a member of Brooks-Team Indiana Elite and is coached by Conor Holt, the assistant distance coach at Purdue University. A native of Oklahoma, she studied Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Tulsa and received a Master’s degree in the same subject at Oregon State University.
Camille races a variety of distances year-round and has won six races across the United State since the beginning of 2009. Most recently, she set a new personal best and met the “A” qualifying time for the 2012 Olympic Marathon Trials by running a 2:38:23 at the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon in October 2009. Her other personal bests include a 34:59 10k and 1:16:54 Half Marathon.
